Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

By installing FillSnap or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. FillSnap is operated by FillSnap. If you don't agree, don't install or use FillSnap.

These terms apply to:

• The FillSnap Chrome extension
• The FillSnap website (fillsnap.com)
• The FillSnap API and backend services

3. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use FillSnap to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to forms
• Automate form submissions for spam, scraping, or abuse
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Resell or redistribute FillSnap without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid Subscriptions (Pro / Team)

• Billed through Polar, our Merchant of Record
• Polar handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• FillSnap is provided "AS IS" without warranty
• We are not liable for any inaccurate form fills
• We are not liable for data loss from local storage
• We are not responsible for forms that reject auto-filled data
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $50, whichever is greater)

10. Termination

By You

Delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. There is a 7-day grace period before permanent deletion.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for ToS violations, generally after attempting to notify you via email.
